Classes generally run according to Queensland public school terms.
2018 - I will be away the first fortnight of February 2018. Tuesday 5.30 pm classes will resume 20th February.
Bookings for Friday or Saturday morning one-on-one therapy sessions or thematic workshops are taken throughout the year.
C-Vivor class is a community-based, free, active support program for people affected by cancer.
1h community class: $10
75min classes: $18 $150 10-session pass
Yoga Therapy/Counselling Session (via recommendation and conducted in Ashmore): $80/hour/person or $120/hour/couple (eg. for clients dealing with stroke)
3-Session Pass for Individuals: $225

Rekindling the Flame : Yoga for Professionals Experiencing Stress or Burnout
On a daily, professional or personal basis, you may be dealing with issues that most people never face. The hidden cost of caring professions and leadership roles can take its toll in compromised physical, mental and emotional health. Consistently high levels of stress can create a toxic inner environment, as well as at work and home. Yet, you can take a pro-active approach in order to reconcile your ways of being into a whole that functions well.
This session of holistic inquiry aims to nourish your inner environment. Learning to steward your body, breath and mind and to provide expression to your true-self as you navigate through life requires curiosity, courage, humour...and time out. Within a non-judgemental space, participants explore their early warning signs of stress and the signs of burnout. I facilitate the identification and sharing of strengths and inner resources among participants and teach a selection of practices to acknowledge and address concerns and ultimately help empower you to move forward.
Children's Yoga and Mindful Self-Care for Teens
Yoga enables children and teenagers to be present, open up and direct their energy with focus. This means exercising the body and the mind. Our intention is to help students to become more aware of their multi-faceted wholeness and to build their empathy and repertoire of flexible life-responses. Programs include movement, breath awareness, mindfulness strategies and discussions.

PECS (Physical Exercise Cancer Support), formerly C-Vivor active cancer support is a community-based, free, active support program for people affected by cancer. Meet people and get active in a supportive environment. Our weekly Yoga class is held during term times at the Cancer Council Queensland offices on the Gold Coast
